We offer discounts based upon family size and income. Please request a Sliding Scale Fee Form at the health center.

Eligibility forms will be reviewed to determine if you qualify for discounts. You will be asked to provide proof of income.

The Yakutat Tlingit Tribe and Yakutat Community Health Center are gathering community input through a Traditional Healing Survey, open January 5–January 31, 2026.
This survey is an opportunity to share what matters to you regarding:
• Traditional healing practices
• The role of Elders and traditional healers
• Integrating traditional healing with modern healthcare
All responses are confidential and anonymous, and participation is voluntary.
