We offer discounts based on family size and income. Please request a Sliding Scale Fee Form at the health center.

Eligibility forms will be reviewed to determine if you qualify for discounts. You will be asked to provide proof of income.

As the Yakutat Landlines are currently experiencing technical issues, we have a direct Triage line if you are calling from a cell phone.

Behavioral health support for stress, anxiety, or emotional distress
